We provide free shipping for all the orders. We start making products once we receive order for unique and exclusive product experience for our customer.
Delivery Destinations:
ELOK Home Decor delivers its products across India, except for Andaman and Nicobar Islands at the moment.

How do we deliver?
Our products are delivered via the best courier services and we try to ship by the fastest means of delivery available, depending on your location. We ensure that all the goods are packed properly in a hygienic and damage-proof manner.
We, at ELOK Home Decor, do not levy any additional/hidden costs or taxes upon you. All our prices are inclusive of GST and shipping charges, and the price which is mentioned at checkout will be the final amount you need to pay us.
If you wish to provide any instruction on your order, you can share it using WhatsApp along with order number. In those ways, we will make sure we follow exactly how you have directed us to make your order an easy and smooth process. Customer delight is out ultimate motto.
Unpacking/Unboxing of the delivered order is to be done by the customer themselves. Our responsibility extends to safely delivering your order to your doorsteps.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under “Billing Address” section while placing the Order. You can track your order online by the Tracking ID number sent to you by us on your Mobile/Email ID.
Order-Splitting:
Sometimes we may not be in a position to deliver an order to a particular location due to the nature of the product, its availability or due to the service limitations of our courier and logistic partners. In such cases, you may receive the items (of a single order) at different points of time or through different courier partners. The status of all items within an order can be tracked online if possible or you can contact our customer care number +91 7738767387 for manual tracking.
Order Payments:
You can make payments on our website through UPI, Net banking, Credit/debit card and other payment wallets. We do not provide an option for cash on delivery.
Timespan for deliveries:
We start making products once we receive order for unique and exclusive product experience for our customer. So. the lead time between the placing of order and dispatch is 7-21 days usually.
We take about another 3-10 days (excluding Sundays & bank holidays) for deliveries, depending on your location.
